Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or installed:

  • Brake pads & brake shoes (due to wear-specific compatibility)
  • Brake disks (unless defective)
  • Cables (once cut or installed)
  • Chainrings & chains (if removed from packaging or installed)
  • Any product that has been installed, used, or damaged after delivery

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack Items Securely: Place the unused items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate what you’d like to exchange for in your email
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original product
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate
