Maxxis Assegai 3C DD TR WT

Maxxis Assegai is a top-class coarse treatment jacket developed in collaboration with legendary Greg Minnaar. High protrusions can bite into a dusty substrate to obtain the necessary traction, but also provide support and confidence on wet stones and rocks. While the other tires excel in certain conditions, the new Maxxis Assegai is designed for fast driving anywhere.

• 3C MaxxGrip – construction of sheath of three mixtures, the base layer of hard mixture iscombined with two softer on the surface, optimizing traction and tire life
• DD – Doubledown – sheath protection consisting of two layers of fabric with a density of 120 TPI and butyl reinforcement, thus equipped sheaths provide resistance comparable to DH sheaths in lighter design
• TR – Tubeless Ready – can be used with a classic tube or as a tubeless tube with sealant
• WT – Wide Trail – tire designed for use on rim with inner width 30 – 35 mm
